Founded in Florence in 1976, Eurogamma Spa has always applied strategy and foresight, combining business activities with technical consulting and design from the very beginning. The company is working in three different sectors: Automotive, as a spare parts distributor for cars, trucks and earthmoving machines for the Italian market; Railways, again in the Italian market, as a distributor and representative in rolling stock components area; Lfting, with designs and manufactures vehicles and rolling stocks lifting systems in service worldwide Eurogamma is based in Calenzano (Florence) with 5,200 sq.m of fully covered warehouse space and 1,200 sq.m of office space. Eurogamma has always been at customers service, supplying best products, quality and expertise, with sustainability and training focus.
Eurogamma a totally Italian company based in Calenzano in the province of Florence, has been present in aftermarket automotive spare parts for almost 50 years. Established in Florence in 1976, with first headquarters in Scandicci, it took its first steps by offering technical advice throughout the automotive market, starting as a distributor of oil seals and brake pads for cars In 1979, Eurogamma became exclusive distributor of Federal Mogul bearings. Thanks to the new brands introduction, company’s foresight and corporate strategy, Eurogamma grew on the market over the years, with spare parts distribution for trucks, earthmovers and passenger cars. By the early 2000s, more space and services were needed for the company’s distribution, which Scandicci site was unable to provide. October 2003 saw new headquarters in Calenzano (Florence), 5,200 sq.m warehouse fully covered, 1,200 sq.m of offices, over 90,000 items handled, and a 98% service level. The IAM spare parts division is now one of the main players in the distribution of aftermarket spare parts in central Italy.
In terms of sustainability, Eurogamma focus is to reduce the impact of activities at a local level. Our commitment is to limit damage to the environment, reduce energy waste and natural resources, and ensure the conditions for sustainable development. Eurogamma: • uses photovoltaic systems to reduce its environmental footprint by generating renewable energy. • reduces the use of energy resources and cuts the waste produced by its activities in a safe and professional way. • encourages the use of less materials and the reuse and recycling of materials and ensures the legal disposal of all waste resulting from its activities. • provides training to ensure that its staff understand and comply with the company’s environmental policy. • chooses suppliers with lower impact on emissions, and thus adopts a purchasing policy designed to reduce transport emissions.
From now and for the future company developments, current and future business activities, will be mandatory to develop a system capable of ensuring the quality of its services and products across the three business unit: Automotive, Lifting, Railways.
